How do I use the mini-bar?

To use the mini-bar service, you need to make a deposit of 3,000 rubles before check-in via the link. The cost of drinks and snacks that you liked will be deducted from this amount upon departure from the hotel, and the remaining amount will be returned to your card.

The hotel offers free parking for guests' cars IN FRONT of the hotel on the embankment of the Obvodny Canal. The parking lot is equipped with cameras, video surveillance is conducted. The Verona Hotel offers guests a variety of group sightseeing programs: bus and water. Excursions to St. Petersburg, Peterhof, Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin), Oranienbaum and other world-famous palace and park ensembles, walks along rivers and canals, cruises along the Neva and the Gulf of Finland accompanied by highly qualified guides. If you are meeting with friends from foreign countries, we will be happy to offer you an excursion service in English. It is necessary to clarify the schedule, program and cost of the tour the day before at the reception.

If you have to leave the hotel very early and you don't have time to get to breakfast, you can always ask the day before to prepare a lunch box for you on the road. Our reception and accommodation service works around the clock, so you can get a lunch box at any time convenient for you. You need to submit an application for breakfast with you while the kitchen is working. Or you can order this service in advance, when booking online.

Service with care for the guest is only for our dear guests. If you forgot a dental or shaving kit, an umbrella or something else that you may need quite unexpectedly - just call the reception. We will always help. If your favorite mug or a blanket brought from home suddenly does not fit in your travel bag, you can leave your personal belongings for storage at the hotel. And the hotel will carefully pack the things that are dear to you and keep them until you return to us. It's so nice to come back to a familiar room and find a reminder of home there. The hotel offers services for the careful care of guests' belongings - laundry. The hotel has irons and ironing boards located on the floors. The cost of washing simple things is charged for the item according to the Price List, the price list is at the hotel reception. suits, evening dresses, outerwear are temporarily not accepted for cleaning. The execution period is 1 day from the date of the order, according to the terms of the Price List Agreement. We ask guests to take into account that washing things made of dense fabrics (tracksuits, overalls, jeans, etc.) may take longer, the cost of caring for such things is negotiable, the deadline must be clarified at the reception.
