Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM.
Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge in their parents' room with breakfast included. If required, an extra bed is provided for an additional fee.
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay, Mir, as well as SBP (Fast Payment System).
Late check-out and early check-in are subject to room availability.

- 07:00 - 13:59: 50% of the daily rate

Upon prior request, the hotel can provide an in-room mini-bar. Please note that if a mini-bar is prepared and stocked in your room, a deposit of 3,000 RUB will be required. Upon check-out, the cost of any consumed items can be settled using this deposit.
The hotel provides guests with free parking for 12 spaces, equipped with a barrier and a surveillance camera. This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
A penalty fee equal to the cost of the first night's stay for all booked rooms will be charged for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the arrival date.
We understand how difficult it is to be apart from your beloved pet and are pleased to allow animals in our hotel. Please note that pets are only permitted in Standard category rooms. Upon check-in, guests with pets are required to pay a mandatory deposit of 5,000 RUB.

If smoking is detected in your room, the hotel also reserves the right to review your loyalty program status and associated benefits.
Lost Key Card
In the event of a lost room key card, the hotel reserves the right to impose a 500 RUB replacement fee.
